Shrinivas Kulkarni is the Chief Financial Officer of Cyient DLM. Shrinivas will head the finance function, which includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business Planning, Treasury, Taxation, and Investor Relations. He is also responsible for driving the company's financial and operational efficiency, corporate governance, business partnering, cost management, cash conversion, and margin improvement to accelerate growth and create value for shareholders. He serves as an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and has completed Global Leadership Programs at Wharton and ISB, Hyderabad.
