Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability are important mandates for us as an organization. At Cyient DLM we strive to give back to society with a focus on local communities through a series of CSR initiatives on well-being, education, sustainable development, and the environment.

Empowering Tomorrow Together

We have spent the last 29 years building Cyient into a robust and multifaceted company, consistently creating high value for shareholders. Cyient remains committed to delivering on our promise to shareholders, customers, associates, and society through our robust journey of growth. Cyient believes in giving back to society in direct proportion to its success in business. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative is shaped by this thinking and driven by the belief that a responsible organization must focus as much on its impact on society as creating business value.

Some initiatives we have undertaken as part of the Cyient Foundation:

Assisted in building makeshift hospitals that helped treat 2114 COVID-19 patients.

Pandemic Response

Supported distribution of 6,120 ration kits, 3.36 lakh masks, 19,000 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) kits, and 57,525 free, high-quality packed meals to patient attendees at COVID-19 care centers.

We support two government schools around our facilities in the education of underprivileged children by providing teaching aids, ICT, and other infrastructure support.

Community Development & IT Literacy

Built digital centers that supported the education of over 8000 underprivileged children by enabling them to attend online classes.

Planted over 10,000 trees in the last four years, with a survival rate of over 84%, as part of environmental initiatives.

Cyient Associate Volunteer Program

Our associate volunteer program stems from the idea that we all need to give back to society, solve real problems, and enrich communities and our lives in the process. The Cyient Foundation encourages Cyient associates to engage in the areas of focus. The Foundation is committed to involving volunteers in forming groups to take up independent initiatives; in contributing to on-going activities; in providing perspectives and applying different skills to enrich programs and enhance the impact. We make this possible by offering opportunities for associate participation, and conducting a social audit, and sharing feedback.

Driven with purpose, backed by action

While we may grow as individuals or as organizations, the true value of progress and its impact on our future is only realized when development is a collective whole. And when it extends to the communities and societies we operate in. At Cyient, we believe in the power of teamwork and collective action.Cyient has been taking purposeful steps toward creating lasting change. From our CSR philosophy that impacts the society at large to our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) principles of creating a collaborative workplace that supports diverse thinking and inspires talented people to reach their potential.

We are committed to the philosophy of ‘Empowering Tomorrow Together’.
