Vanitha Datla serves as an Indepenent Director at Cyient DLM. Over the last 25 years, she has gathered experience and expertise across diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance Services, Cement, Power, Security Printing, Instrumentation & BPO services, with stints in USA and India. Ms. Datla is currently the Vice Chairperson & Managing Director of ELICO Ltd. and Managing Director of Elico Healthcare Services Ltd.

A frequent speaker at various professional and academic forums, Ms. Datla is passionate about women's empowerment and contributing positively to women's issues. She has served on various panels in CII at the State, Regional & National levels over the last decade and continues to do so. She also served on the Board of the ICFAI Business School Alumni Federation.

Ms. Datla holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from ICFAI Business School (IBS), Hyderabad, and is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), by The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), Hyderabad.
