Rajendra is the MD of Cyient DLM. He is responsible for manufacturing operations, primarily focusing on growing existing DLM businesses and creating new opportunities in emerging sectors. He has extensive operations experience in engineering and manufacturing, having championed numerous continuous improvement processes and supply chain initiatives to improve operational performance and margins. He holds a Master's degree in Automobile Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology and a Master's in Design from Cranfield University, UK.
