R.M. Subramanian (RMS) is the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Cyient DLM, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across the EMS, energy, manufacturing, and consulting sectors. He oversees the Company’s financial strategy, governance, and value- creation agenda, with a strong focus on performance discipline and long-term growth.

Prior to joining Cyient DLM, RMS served as Group CFO at Avalon Technologies, where he led Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting & Controls, Taxation, and Secretarial functions. He played a pivotal role in steering the company through its IPO and public listing, strengthening its financial foundation and market positioning.

RMS has previously held senior finance roles at the Sanmar Group, Cairn India Limited, and Essar Oil. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
